My name is Bill Chuoke and I am a candidate in the Republican primary for Galveston County Commissioner in the newly redrawn Precinct 1.
Precinct One now includes:
a) Texas City (north of Palmer Highway)
b) San Leon area
c) Bacliff area
d) Kemah area
e) League City (eastern part)
f) South Shore area
g) Clear Lake Shores area
h) Bolivar Peninsula
If you live in or near one of these communities, and you want a County Commissioner that will make Galveston County a better place to live, work and raise a family, then I am your man!
I will apply the same fiscally conservative principals to county government as I have used in my successful 30 year private dental practice. I want to help make Galveston County economically competitive with a pro-business attitude, and assist in attracting large and small industries that will create jobs for our citizens.
I will work to see that the services that Galveston County provides to its taxpayers are the most cost efficient without sacrificing quality. And I will do my duties honestly and without influence from favor-seekers. You need to be able to trust your elected officials and I would honor that trust.
